Inviting Users to TrialKit

To give someone access to TrialKit, you must invite them as a user to the platform. Only an account admin can add users to the platform. If you are not the account admin, please ask your admin to carry out the invitations or to change your own permissions to allow inviting new users if tat should be your role. 

Follow these simple steps:

1. Click User Management in the left menu. 

   

2. Click Invite User on the right hand side of the page. 
3. Enter the first and last name, email address, position, and phone number (if desired), and choose the role for the person you wish to invite.

4. Click invite and that person will receive an email to set up their account.
5. They will receive an email invite to TrialKit from TrialKit Support in their inbox.
6. If they don't see it in their inbox, please have them check your spam, junk, or quarantine folders.
7. The invite will prompt them to create a new password to join TrialKit and then they are in!
