Adding Teammates to a Case

You can add as many teammates as you need to collaborate on your case. Only case owners can add teammates to a case and the teammates you add must first have been invited to your firm on TrialKit. See Inviting Users to TrialKit if you have not already completed this step. 

To add a teammate to a particular case:

  1. Open your case in My Cases
  2. Navigate to Case Info in the left menu

     

  3. Click +Add Teammate on the right hand side

     

 

  1. Start typing the email of the person you want to add
  2. If that person has already been added to your firm, their email should appear in the dropdown
  3. You can set their permissions accordingly:
    • Owner  - all permissions including adding additional teammates
    • Member - all permissions except adding additional teammates
    • Viewer - read-only permission (cannot create work product)
