Sharing Discovery Files with Dropbox

Sharing discovery files with the TrialKit Discovery team for upload is easy using a Dropbox account that you manage. Below is a step-by-step guide of the process.

1. In Dropbox on the web, navigate to the folder you want to share

2. Click "Share folder"

3. Click "Transfer a copy"

4. Click "Email"

5. Type "discovery@trialkit.ai" in the email field

    

6. For additional options, click "Expires on [date]"

7. You can choose to set a different expiration date

8. You can choose to add a password (which you would need to share with discovery@trialkit.ai)

9. And you can opt in to be notified when someone downloads the file

10. When you are satisfied with your settings, click "Done"
11. Click "Send Transfer"

12. This screen will show you the progress of the transfer. Do not close this window until the transfer is complete.

13. When the file is sent, you will see this screen

That's it!. The TrialKit Discovery team will be notified that you have shared your files. If you opted to protect with a password, please email this to the team separately.
