Editing Case Info

Only a Case Owner can edit any of the information for or about a case. A Case Owner can do this at any time. There are two ways to do this:

 

  1. From My Cases clicking into the ... menu to the right of the case will show an Edit option:

 

  1. Or from the Case Info screen, if you are a case owner, you will see an Edit option here:

 

 

  1. Make any changes you need to any of the fields then select Save Changes.
